Converter — Complete Guide

This page collects the guides for 8 tools in one place. Pick a tool name from the list and its guide opens beside it, so there is no page to navigate to and no account to create.

How to use it

  1. Open Converter → Spreadsheet to PDF.
  2. Drop an .xls, .xlsx, .ods, .csv, .json, or .html file on the upload box — 20 MB maximum, and an HTML file has to contain a <table>.
  3. If the workbook has more than one sheet, choose the one to include.
  4. Press Create PDF. The table is drawn on A4 portrait with 10 mm margins and split across pages when it runs past one.
  5. Press DOWNLOAD in the bottom bar to save it — the file takes the name of the spreadsheet you loaded, with a .pdf extension.

Use cases

  • Sending a clean copy of figures you do not want edited by the recipient.
  • Printing a table that has lost its cell borders in a copy-paste.
  • Attaching a readable version of a sheet to an email thread.

Limitation — Reads .xls, .xlsx, .ods, .csv, .json, and HTML files up to 20 MB, one sheet per PDF. The PDF is a rasterised image of the table, so its text cannot be selected or searched, and there are no landscape, paper-size, or margin controls.

All vooxyou tools process your input in the browser: text you type and files you pick never leave your device. Anything downloaded from the internet — say the FFmpeg runtime — is a supporting binary, not your data.
